Brian May joined the REALTEAM in 2013 as a Buyer Specialist and is now the Lead Buyer/Negotiation Specialist. He attended Central Michigan University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management and Business Administration. Brian strives to provide a unique and rewarding experience for buyers by managing all incoming inquiries and overseeing all buyer specialists. Brian is responsible for making sure that all agents always go above and beyond to find buyers the homes of their dreams. He is always eager to answer any questions and concerns they might have and provide a smooth buying process. After work, Brian can usually be found out on his boat with friends enjoying the sun and fresh air, or in the water scuba diving.

Brian May made our first home purchase go through under difficult circumstances. He’s energetic, dedicated, and as far as I can tell, an honest real-estate agent. We’re moving from out-of-state, and set up with Brian to see a bunch of houses in the Livonia area over the course of a week. We probably monopolised his time for that week, and saw over 20 houses, one of which we finally offered on. We were disappointed when someone else beat us to it, but it came back on the market a couple of months later and we pounced on it (while on vacation overseas) with Brian’s help (all the forms were signed electronically). We understand the seller was reluctant to accept our offer given that we were going to be out of the country for the next month, but Brian managed to convince them that it could work. He and our loan officer, John Vitelli of Main Street Bank, worked together to make a tight closing. When the seller’s pay-off letter didn’t come in on time, Brian got them to the table so we could close in escrow before we flew back home, saving us thousands of dollars in rescheduling the closing. Even the seller’s agent was saying how great he was to work with, how efficient he was and how well he communicated with her — he made it happen. We move in next week! Thanks, Brian!
