Joining REALTEAM Real Estate was the best decision I've ever made. They have given me the knowledge and opportunity to be successful in my career. I can truly say I enjoy going into work everyday,  because being a part of REALTEAM isn't a job, it's a new way of life!

For as long as I can remember, I didn't really have direction or know where my life was going. I never had the support or family that most people do growing up. The minute I walked into REALTEAM, I knew this was what I'd been searching for. Every single person welcomed me with love and support. They changed my life in every way possible and are my family now. We work together, laugh together, cry together, and everything in between. There isn’t anything we wouldn’t do for each other, and every single day we grow together personally, financially, and in business.

Working at REALTEAM Real Estate gave me the means to support my family, earn an income that I would have never imagined before, opened up opportunities I wouldn’t have seen otherwise, and build a friendship/relationship with every co-worker, client and vendor I come in contact with. It makes a difference when you love what you do and the people you work with. At first, I was hesitant to jump from a weekly paycheck to a commission-only position, but it proved to be the best decision I ever made. REALTEAM gave me the opportunity to establish my business from the ground up, support my business with the BEST systems and training in the industry, and truly enjoy what I do every day.

Why was joining REALTEAM Real Estate the best decision? In one word - CULTURE. I joined REALTEAM 8 months ago after looking into several different brokerages and teams. REALTEAM gave me hands on training and coaching that allowed me to get my business rolling from day one! The mindset and family culture paired with the amount of opportunity the team has for their agents allowed me to hit financial goals in this business that I thought would not be realistic in year 1. The growth plan that is in place allows for a ton of opportunity in leadership as we continue to grow. All in all, I never feel like I am going to work when I step into the office at REALTEAM.
